It's impossible to make sense of such a senseless tragedy. My heart is so sad right now. Sad for all the grieving families and friends of the precious angels killed today in Newtown, Conn.

It's just so hard to get this out of my thoughts today. My daughter just wrapped up doing her student teaching with a K5 class two weeks ago...just so hard to think what this would have been like for her.
